Cisco Unified Comms Specialist
As a member of the IT Infrastructure Project Team you will be required to combine a high level of technical skills with a clear commitment to customer service. The main emphasis will be to design, configure and implement voice systems to provide core enterprise-wide services that are fit-for-purpose, for which you will be accountable.
5+ years' experience in support environment
2 yrs experience of design, deployment, configuration and support of voice systems.
Network Voice: MS Lync, SfB and Cisco Contact Centre - Response group services, Policy Configuration and Management, Unified Messaging, Federation, Office Web Apps 2013, Session Border Controller, Call centre flow design, Enterprise Voice, SIP trunking/telephony, Call recording, Calabrio, Mediasense.
