Data Analyst - Elite Enterprise/Elite 3e/Aderant required by Top 30 Global Law Firm in Central London. This Law Firm is going from strength to strength with last year's GP at over 150 million, and it has absolutely no plans to merge. As a Data Analyst - Elite Enterprise/Elite 3e/Aderantyou will be joining a truly global Law Firm with an unrivalled reputation for excellence, yet with just over 1000 staff it is a place where you can progress very quickly.

As a Data Analyst - Elite Enterprise/Elite 3e/Aderant your primary role will be to maintain a high standard of data quality for information recorded on the firm's systems. You will be working on various projects, including new business intake and practice management systems, to provide high quality data cleansing of clients & matters, data extractions and analysis.

Key Responsibilities of the Data Analyst - Elite Enterprise/Elite 3e/Aderant:-

  • Assist and manage the preparation, cleansing, matching, validation and sharing of data records
  • Identify and merge duplicates, correcting incomplete information
  • Improve the quality of the data held in the firms systems
  • Ensure data is extracted conforming to exact signed off selections / requirements
  • Ensure data protection compliance is adhered to
  • Conduct ad-hoc data cleansing exercises
  • Work with internal users to identify and correct poor quality data

Essential Skills of the Data Analyst - Elite Enterprise/Elite 3e/Aderant:-

  • 18 months experience of working with data cleansing
  • Knowledge of PMS systems - Elite Enterprise / Aderant Expert
  • Ability to cope with conflicting skills
  • Enthusiastic, positive and committed team member
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to use initiative and be pro-active.

As a Data Analyst you will be working on an initial 2 year fixed term contract in a base salary of up to £48,000 plus a 10% bonus and extensive benefits package including contributory pension, private medical, season ticket loan, child-care vouchers, subsidised gym membership, subsidised canteen, minimum 25 days holiday plus the option to buy or sell further holidays, to name but a few.
