An excellent role has arisen with a world leading financial firm for a Desktop Support Analyst (Windows, AD, Exchange, 365) to join a team in supporting the company's 1000, and growing, users.
On joining, the Desktop Support Analyst (Windows, AD, Exchange, 365) will hit the ground running with the 2nd Line (Desktop) support for a very busy environment. The company are keen to progress and promote from within and any 2nd Line Support Analyst (Windows, AD, Exchange, 365) that joins the company will have the opportunity to increase their technical knowledge and get skills such as Networking , Vmware , Powershell and have exposure to cloud based technologies.
In terms of skills, it's really simple. We are looking for 2nd Line Support Analyst (Windows, AD, Exchange, 365) with 2 years' experience of 2nd Level support, who is eager and keen to progress. We need a proven track record in supporting Windows AD, Exchange and Office 365 is a must have.
