A Leading Financial service are looking to hire an experienced Desktop Support Analyst on an initial 3 Month Contract - with scope to roll.

- The individual will be part of a team and be expected to support approximately 2500 users with over 5000 desktop devices, plus laptop Blackberry and Apple devices.

- Ensure that the correct level of focus is applied to the Trading Floor Support incident management queues to ensure that departmental ticket response times are met or exceeded.

Knowledge/Experience:

Skills:
(Technology Essential)
- MS Office Professional (All Flavours)
- Windows 7/8 Desktop O/s
- MS Outlook / Exchange
- Good Understanding of TCP/IP Networks
- Blackberries
- IPad
- Market Data ( Reuters, Bloomberg, etc...) experience
- Trading applications, such as MMI, Market View, Trading Technologies

Specific Skills across the flowing would be most useful : HP OVCM, Windows Batch File Scripts and PowerShell
