English/German IT Support Engineer

German/English speaking IT support engineer required

If the cause of the problem is due to bugs in code, you’ll be able to talk it through with world-class software developers to ensure that it’ll never be an issue again.
You’ll be able to take the reins and resolve problems off your own merit. From the receipt of a support ticket to its analysis and resolution – you’ll be in charge.
As well as working on tickets, you’ll be researching and evaluating new tools that may help you in your work, or even write them yourself / alongside English/German speaking developers.
You should have similar qualities to those of a software developer i.e the same strong problem solving abilities but also exceptional organisational and communication skills. Since you will be managing many international customers, this position requires that you are fluent in both English and German.
Experience with the Windows architecture and Intel assembly code are a bonus. If you have analysed a minidump before, even better!
