Job Description
We're looking for a talented and collaborative ethics and compliance professional with significant investigations and training experience in high-risk regions. He or she should be willing to take on new challenges and grow our EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) presence for Salesforce's Global Ethics & Integrity Team. The successful candidate will join the Salesforce Corporate Legal team as EMEA regional ethics lead in our London office.
With remote oversight from the Vice President, Associate General Counsel for Global Ethics & Integrity:
  • Perform compliance risk assessments and policy gap analyses in the United Kingdom and across our EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) region
  • Draft and lead trainings on various policies and topics owned by the Global Ethics & Integrity team
  • Undertake investigations on Code of Conduct issues across EMEA unrelated to Employee Success (HR) issues
  • Help enhance anti-bribery, anti-corruption, export controls, and political law programs
  • Perform due diligence of partners, suppliers, vendors, and other third-parties
  • Monitor and track employee Outside Business Activities
  • Identify and review potential conflicts of interest between Salesforce and external parties
  • Help enhance anti-bribery, anti-corruption, export controls, and political law programs
  • Support other investigations, trainings, policy rollouts globally on an as needed basis
Required Skills/Experience
  • At least 7 years experience as a qualified solicitor, lawyer or auditor with a focus on ethics and compliance experience(anti-corruption focus preferred)
  • Ability to work simultaneously on wide range of projects as part of the team
  • Superior organization skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to develop and maintain education tools for corporate compliance issues
  • Keen intellect with an insatiable curiosity
  • Comfort with all things IT
  • A proactive nature and "can-do" attitude
  • Discretion as to the sensitive nature of compliance activities
