This is an urgent role to fill a gap in the team ASAP for a Helpdesk Analyst to provide 1st/2nd Line fixes managing, incident requests over the phone and face to face

Description

This is a permanent role working in a team of around 10, to provide 1st and 2nd Line support for their customers, working over 3 shift patterns that range between 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday

You will be on the front line support and will triage issues to the relevant teams. This will include; building laptops, configuring apple devices and telephones, and resolving issues both on the phone and face to face

  • Wyse Terminals
  • Password resets
  • Service catalogue
  • Microsoft
  • Excellent customer service skills

Job Offer

£24,000 salary with excellent benefits package
