IT Security Test Analyst with experience in development, web applications and software testing approaches.
This is to work at a flagship company in the Bristol market - a fast paced financial services company where you will have to keep up to date with the latest technologies.
This is a broad role where you will be 50% technically hands on testing and 50% defining the IT Security test strategy. You'll be able to continue penetration testing while additionally working at a more strategic level.
You'll work closely with different teams, including development, testing, commercial and board level.
You will design, develop and execute the future security testing strategy. Leading the detection of application security vulnerables - web and mobile.
Experience in IT security testing - either as a consultant or in house
Exposure to software testing and a large development environment
Knowledge of OWASP
Understanding of development languages - Java, C++, Python, C#
Web vulnerability tools
Test management tools (Quality centre, Jira)
String ethics and communication skills
Ideally you'll have security certifications such as:
Any penetration testing experience would be a bonus
Anti Money Laundering (AML) or Fraud experience would be a bonus
