IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support (Microsoft Windows Active Directory Networking IP). Exciting opportunity to join a highly successful software house behind the broadcasting of Formula 1 racing.
As an IT Support Engineer your role will focus on supporting internal users in their daily activities (IT desktop infrastructure) as well as travelling to around four races per year as part of a small team to rig, commission and then de-rig the business IT infrastructure at grand prix events. You’ll get involved with a wide range of activities and technologies including hardware and liaison with third party suppliers.
Offices based in Kent, parking available (driveable from Sevenoaks, Bromley, Biggin Hill, Croydon). Friendly and informal atmosphere with casual dress code.
• Strong IT support experience with a good knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack including Windows 7; Office 2010 / 2013; Active Directory; Exchange Server
• Familiar with networking technologies such as IP, experience with firewalls and telephony equipment
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to travel worldwide
• Desirable: ITIL Foundation, CCNA, MCSA
