Italian & French Speaking IT / Customer Support Analyst

My client based in the outskirts of Cardiff is currently recruiting 2 IT / Customer Support Analysts with Linguistic skills.

This role is all about providing an excellent customer service to the business to ensure queries are resolved efficiently and to a high quality. You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails and web portal requests and will be responsible for escalating more technical incidents to our 2nd line Service Desk Analysts to investigate and resolve.

Importantly, you will need to log and monitor all incidents in order to ensure the queries are completed in a timely fashion and to identify any potential problem trends.

As we are an international organisation, you will be expected to respond to queries in English and either French and or Italian depending on your language skills.

Please note this is a permanent position which will include shift work between the hours of 7.30am - 6pm including some weekend work.

The most important element of this role is to provide excellent customer service. Therefore we are looking for strong communicators with experience in a customer orientated role along with language skills in either French and / or Italian. You will be a stronger match if you can speak both languages.

You will have good attention to detail and the ability to juggle tasks and prioritise effectively. Flexibility to work early and late shifts and weekends is essential for this role.
