New Business Sales Executive - Near Shore IT Services

ROLE DESCRIPTION –Sales of Near Shore (Poland) services to UK corporations
This position will report to the VP of Sales for Application Development & Management and will focus on achieving new business success across all sectors.
The proposition is focused on Near Shore (Poland) Services. Ciber’s near shore services provide a cost effective alternative to traditional on shore (local) resources, but without comprise to quality, approach or timezone. Ciber’s Delivery Centre in Poland transforms the way that UK customers are able to delivery IT projects to their organisations through our skilled people and refined methodologies which include Distributed Agile Custom Development (Java/.net etc), ITO, PSO and LOB delivery (Hybris, Microsoft, SiteCore etc)
Our near shore services deliver projects that are complex in nature, spanning multiple years of continuous application support & development, with Ciber delivery teams comprising up to 100 people per project. Typical projects range in value from $500k to multi millions.
Activities the role will include are:
  • Selling near shore services for application development and ITO services (delivered by Ciber Poland)
  • Working on internal & external pipeline
  • Developing the new business pipeline, focus on selling near shore IT services from Ciber Poland
  • Managing a small portfolio of existing Ciber customers to secure additional services, licence and managed services business.
  • Using own contacts and network to leverage business opportunities
  • Being an ambassador for the company.
  • Professionally representing Ciber UK in relations with third party organisations.
  • Being able to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Professionally and promptly approaching leads and opportunities and ensuring that:
  • New opportunities are generated by own prospecting and networking activities
  • Managing all Sales Cycles with particular attention to:
  • The needs of the prospect (including the timetable of events agreed).
  • The timing of actions and events within the sales cycle.
  • The preparation and delivery of all relevant documentation.
  • Establishing business pain and compelling events.
  • Accurately forecasting prospective business by means of the company’s CRM system and during prospect review meetings with sales management.
  • Adhering to all relevant company procedures (whether formal or informal) particularly:
  • Bid Review
  • Customer Complaint Management
  • Ensuring that all administrative tasks are accurately and promptly fulfilled. These include (but are not necessarily limited to) the following:
  • Completing of internal order and handover documentation
  • Preparing of quotations and formal bids in accordance with the Bid Review Procedure.
  • Preparing of any System Supply Agreements in accordance with the Bid Review Procedure.
  • General correspondence with any assigned customer.
  • Ensuring best practices in communication with the company’s clients.
  • Cooperating with Pre-Sales Consultants and Service Delivery teams
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of selling IT services (Development & Support – Apps, Infrastructure)
  • You should be experienced in delivering a sales target IRO £10m TCV.
