Project Manager - WAN, Data, IP Telephony, Voice, Fibre

We are recruiting for a permanent position working for a large UK Telecoms company. The Project Manager will be joining an existing project management team, working on customer facing projects providing full lifecycle project management.

The Project Manager will be required to meet customers and gather full customer requirements and scope the end to end delivery of the project, including KPI's and project budgets and suppliers, both internally and externally.

Duties include:

*Defining customer requirements.
*Defining customer project plans
*Defining KPI's and track progress against deliverables.
*Project reporting and governance.
*Identify issues internally and externally to customers
*Attend customers meetings as required.
*Escalate serious issues in a timely fashion.
*Liaison with customer operational teams during the provisioning stages of a project.
*Highlight reporting, identifying risks and issues.
*Project plans and produce reporting against progress.
*Act as a point of contact for customers during the project delivery phase of a solution.

Experience
Must haves:
*Telecoms Experience - WAN, Data, IP Telephony, Fibre
*Customer project management experience
*Delivery focused with demonstrable can do experience - Voice & Data service.
*Customer orientated with a dynamic and logical approach.
*Technical awareness and knowledge of IP based telephony systems.
*Prince 2 (desirable)
