QA Engineer / Tester (Test Automation / Manual Testing, Scripting). Market leading software house that provide a suite of software products to the aviation, automotive and space exploration industries is seeking a skilled QA Engineer.
As a QA Engineer you will work across the full development lifecycle, analysing complex requirements and executing appropriate test strategy and test cases to ensure the quality of software that cannot afford to fail. You’ll use both manual and automation techniques and assist with managing the test environment as well as project planning, estimation and tracking.
The company is technology driven; you’ll be working in an Agile TDD development environment with technical specialists. Offices based in leafy Surrey, easily commutable from the Weybridge / Walton on Thames / Hersham / Esher / Kingston area, short walk from the station and parking available.
• Bright, technical tester with test automation experience on desktop applications
• Scripting experience with at least one of the following: Python, Perl, XML
• Proactive team player keen to learn and improve skill set
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
