Your new role
You'll work alongside the Group IT Manager and the IT Manager to successfully deliver projects.The primary objective of your role will be to take responsible for the performance, integrity and security of all company SQL databases as well as assuming the reporting functions for the business. On a daily basis, you'll monitor critical database performance, facilitate SQL based business requests, coordinate business system integration and successfully test and secure database backup services.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you'll have an intermediate level of experience as a DBA working primarily with the Microsoft stack of services. A strong application will include experience in SQL server administration and experience/knowledge of SSIS package maintenance and creation as well as SQL based report creation.
