What are the Benefits?
We provide a comprehensive benefits package. Some terms and conditions may vary slightly between locations, but the following are standard
Our benefits scheme allows employees to have a choice in the benefits they receive. Everybody has the opportunity to select different benefits depending on their circumstances. For example, there are options to increase or decrease annual leave, enhance pension arrangements, buy Life Assurance, medical, dental or travel insurance, childcare or retail vouchers. We also have a scheme for employees to purchase company shares.
We provide employees with a wide choice of savings on every day purchases as well as holidays, weekend breaks and other leisure activities. Also included are preferential rates for personal insurance on products such as motor, home and pets.
While our working patterns are driven by the needs of our external and internal customers, we aim to accommodate your personal commitments, circumstances and life choices outside work as well. We already have many examples of employees using one of several flexible working models, including varying start and finish times, the number of hours or days worked, or the work location. All arrangements would need to be agreed between you and your line manager and would need to support both your individual interests and the business objectives.
