Our benefits scheme allows employees to have a choice in the benefits they receive. Everybody has the opportunity to select different benefits depending on their circumstances. For example, there are options to increase or decrease annual leave, enhance pension arrangements, buy Life Assurance, medical, dental or travel insurance, childcare or retail vouchers. We also have a scheme for employees to purchase company shares.

Salaries are related to role and performance and are usually reviewed annually, on 1st May.
We operate different bonus schemes and a bonus is paid annually depending upon individual and Company performance.
The Company operates a non-contributory Money Purchase Staff Pension Scheme. If you choose to make additional contributions, then subject to certain limits, we will match those contributions.
Employee Share Ownership Plan
The share ownership plan enables you to buy shares in our parent company Allianz SE on a special basis allowing you to participate in the shareholding of the Allianz group.
