Within Charles Taylor InsureTech the Delegated Underwriting practice has been created to meet market demand for a range of services. This practice is set to expand to meet considerable market demands and requires adaptable, outcome-oriented team members to deliver success.
The immediate opportunity is to support the delivery of a SaaS based product which will enable rapid delivery to market clients. This solution, known as Tide, takes information from offline systems into a centralised, cloud based platform which validates data against binder rules at source.
You will have proven experience of working on Delegated Authority projects or businesses and have a mix of good balance of business process and technical abilities. You will need to quickly master all functional aspects of the product, analyse and understand client requirements, identify gaps and solutions, apply and prove system configuration. Additionally you will provide support and Tide expertise to all business and technical resources across all project lifecycle activities, both internally and externally. For this, you must be comfortable in a client facing role, as you will be required to demonstrate capabilities and assist in training users in a pro-active manner and with a degree of autonomy.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced analyst with a proven track record of working with clients to enable integration of software solutions to their business operations. They will be comfortable both with a hands on approach and with working with multiple stakeholders at a variety of levels. They will be familiar with working in a collaborative manner and dedicated to delivering success
