What you'll do
You'll be working with product owners and product stakeholders with the aim of identifying business requirements. Your role is to achieve customer advocacy by eliciting and understanding the internal and external customer needs, analysing, refining, synthesising, translating and ensuring they are documented in a form that can be readily understood by all stakeholders.
