Summary of Role
ZPG is composed of a number of companies, serving different aspects of
the property industry and related services. Our Salesforce org is
undergoing a lot of development to assemble and maintain a single view
of our customers across all of these companies, streamlining our
communications with them and allowing greater flexibility in customising
the services we can provide to them. Our org is approximately two years
old and currently serves ~400 users.
We are looking for a smart, confident Salesforce Analyst to join our
small and friendly Commercial team in Shad Thames, near Tower Bridge.
Youll be working closely with our existing Salesforce Analyst, Product
Owner and Commercial Ops team in order to help design, plan and
implement both improvements and new features on our Salesforce platform.
- Working on roadmap projects to enhance our Salesforce
- Designing and implementing objects,
workflows and validation rules.
- Data management
- Integration and maintenance of
third-party applications (e.g. CongaComposer; Adobe Sign;
- Salesforce release/change
- Supporting our Operations, Sales and
Finance teams with their use of Salesforce.
Administration and operational support of the Salesforce platform.
- Working on an Agile team but able to be
self-sufficient when necessary.
- Good communication
- Experience configuring large scale instances of Salesforce
- Working in agile teams
